1. Strict Agreement Orientation
All services provided by Omega Revelation P.L.C are strictly governed by signed agreements. No verbal modifications are recognized. Every term, milestone, and deliverable is executed with 100% adherence to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property & Escrow
Clients retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property from Day 1 of the engagement. All source code and documentation are protected by ironclad escrow agreements, ensuring continuity of project access regardless of organizational changes.
3. Engagement Models
We offer four primary engagement models: One-Time Project, Time-Ranged, Full-Time, and Custom. Each model is defined by strict scope boundaries, CEO-led strategic counsel, and transparent pricing structures.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted in EUR, GBP, or USD. Billing cycles and payment milestones are strictly defined in the signed agreement. We maintain a policy of absolute transparency—no hidden fees or surprise costs.
